For guests using the Kurobishi No. 3 Lift, we kindly ask for your cooperation regarding vehicle traffic on the Kurobishi Forest Road.

The approximately 6-kilometer Kurobishi Forest Road, which runs from the upper Wadano area to the Kurobishi Parking Area, is very narrow in some sections.

It can be difficult for medium or larger vehicles such as minibuses to pass each other or turn around.

There have been incidents in the past, including vehicles coming into contact with each other and vehicles becoming stuck on the road.

For your safety, please refrain from using the Kurobishi Forest Road if you are driving a medium-sized vehicle, such as a minibus, or a larger vehicle. We recommend using the Alpine Line via the Adam Gondola instead.

Please be aware that large construction vehicles may also use the Kurobishi Forest Road.

If you are driving a regular passenger vehicle, please slow down sufficiently when passing oncoming vehicles, and proceed after ensuring your safety.
