Also, consuming local food will reduce CO2 generated by transportation.
Hakuba, Shinshu has a rich-nature and offers an abundance of fresh ingredients.
We promote local food and consumption so that visitors to the region can experience the unique delicacies.
This also helps us to achieve one of our SDGs goals.

Our effort to reduce plastic waste

Restaurants are constantly striving to reduce plastic waste in order to curb marine pollution and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
Hakuba Mountain Beach is offering straws made from eco-friendly sugar cane, which is biodegradable and friendly for the environment.
