Happo Information Center / Hakuba Happo Bus Terminal
The Happo information center is located at the entrance of Hakuba Happo-one, where bus tickets and goods are also sold.
Inside the facility, there is an outdoor clothing and equipment shop, Montbell Room at Hakuba Happo.
Other useful facilities such as automatic currency exchange, locker and toilets are also available for visitors.

Shops
Happo Information shop opens every morning at 8:00am.
Hakuba’s original goods, clothes, books, postcards and other local and unique souvenirs. You are welcome to come into the Center, have a look and see what you might like to buy as a gift or for yourself before you depart Happo.

| Baggage Service (pick-up/storing) | Luggage pick-up isn't available at Happo Information Center. Please send your luggage directly to your hotel. Please put your luggage in a locker (maximum size W520mm x D560mm x H1,160mm) if you need storing them temporarily. |
| Parcel Service | You can ship domestically a small parcel from Happo Information Center. For skis, snowboard, and/or large luggage, please send them from your hotel or Yamato service office (Black Cat.) Please bring your luggage into Yamato service office (Black Cat) if you want to send them to airport. It requires at least 2 nights (3 nights in winter) to be ready for pick-up at airport. Please consult in advance at their service counter for fixing your travel schedule (you might want to send them to your hotel near airport instead since it requires only 1 night to be delivered.) |

Mont Bell is an outdoor clothing and equipment shop. We are in the heart of Hakuba at Happo Information Center on the second floor.
In Hakuba, visitors can enjoy a variety of activities such as mountaineering in the summer and snow sports in the winter, and we have all the items to suit your active life. Please stop by if you are in Hakuba and have a look around.
