2026-2027 Ski Season *Read and acknowledge terms and conditions before purchasing any ticket or pass.

WEB Tickets

• New Purchase: Scan the QR code displayed on your smartphone at the ski resort's self-service ticket machine to receive your lift ticket.
• Top-Up Purchase: Charge your existing IC ticket online. Top-Ups are not available at ticket windows.

• Preschool children (5 years and under) are lift ticket free. Please come to the counter with your child to receive a lift ticket.
• Children are defined as ages 6–17, including elementary, junior high, and high school students, as well as students graduating in 2027. Junior high and high school students must present a valid student ID to verify their age.
• Lift tickets cannot be purchased for lifts that are not in operation due to snow or weather conditions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
• Two-day tickets may be used on two non-consecutive days. However, one ticket cannot be shared by two people on the same day. No refunds will be issued for unused days. Spring skiing rates will be effective from March 23, 2027.
• If the lifts are closed or you are unable to use your ticket on your intended date due to weather or other circumstances, you may use the ticket on another date. No refunds will be issued.

Happo Alpen Line

• Sale of tickets may be suspended for guests due to sudden change of weather conditions.
• For mountaineering and backcountry skiers need to purchase an Alpine Line ticket.
• Sales may not be possible due to weather conditions such as strong winds or bad weather.
• Sales may be suspended for those who do not have skiing equipment due to sudden deterioration of weather conditions.
• Climbers and backcountry skiers are required to purchase an Alpine Line ticket.
• Child tickets are for ages 6-17. (Elementary school students, junior high school students, high school students (including high school graduates in 2027))

Kitaone Quad Sightseeing Lift

• The lift is for sightseeing only. Skiing, snowboarding, sleds, or any other sliding equipment cannot be brought onto the sightseeing lift.
• Please be aware that in the event of strong winds, we may have to deny access to the lift for safety reasons.
• Snowshoes, climbing shoes, and similar equipment are not allowed in the skiing or mountain areas. Please do not enter beyond the marked signs.
• Please note, priority is given to guests who are dining at the Kitasenbon Kogen Terrace.
