One My Number Card early-bird ticket per person
Every ticket from 1-day to 10-day is issued as a single ticket, and only one ticket can be issued per person. A second ticket cannot be purchased even in a separate transaction, and tickets for family members cannot be bought together. Please choose your ticket type carefully before purchasing.
Early-bird 2-day ticket — no My Number Card needed

- There are no child or senior tickets.
- Days do not need to be consecutive.
- Valid any day of the season, but the best value is within the recommended period.
- A 2-day ticket cannot be used by two people on the same day. The same applies to 3-day and 4-day tickets.
- Remaining days cannot be refunded after first use, for any reason.
- Gondolas and lifts may not operate on your preferred day due to bad weather. No refunds are given, so please check the weather and conditions before purchasing.
- Use of the ski resort and ropeways is governed by the Hakuba Happo-One Ski Resort terms and conditions.

How to buy
Check your My Number Card
Make sure you have it and that it has not expired
Check your card PIN
The signature certificate PIN (6–16 alphanumeric characters). It locks after 5 wrong attempts
Prepare a smartphone
A model that can read the My Number Card (one person per phone)
Register in the xID app
Install the app and complete registration

About the use of your My Number Card
- For this discount, the ski resort never obtains or stores your My Number (the 12-digit individual number).
- Your My Number Card is used only for identity verification through the xID app (Japan’s Public Certification Service). Verification takes place only at purchase; you will not be asked to show your My Number Card when collecting your lift ticket or at the resort.
- This campaign is run independently by Hakuba Happo-One Ski Resort (Happo-One Kaihatsu Co., Ltd. and Hakuba Kanko Kaihatsu Co., Ltd.) and is not an official government or municipal program.
- When you purchase, the xID app will show “Hakuba Kanko Kaihatsu Co., Ltd. is requesting the following information.” Hakuba Kanko Kaihatsu operates Hakuba Happo-One Ski Resort together with Happo-One Kaihatsu Co., Ltd. The information provided is your user ID, email address, the date and time your xID was last updated, and your name (including former surname), gender, date of birth and address. Your My Number (12-digit individual number) is not included. Please review the details and tap “Agree”.

FAQ
Can I buy early-bird tickets at the ski resort counters?
Sorry, they are not sold at the counters. Early-bird tickets are sold online only.
I don’t have a smartphone. Can I register on a family member’s phone?
The xID app can register only one person per smartphone. A phone on which a family member has already registered their own xID cannot be used to register another person. If you cannot prepare a smartphone, please consider the early-bird 2-day ticket, which does not require the card.
Can I buy tickets for my family together?
Sorry, tickets cannot be bought together. My Number Card early-bird tickets are limited to one per person, so each family member needs to purchase with their own My Number Card and their own smartphone.
Do I need to show my My Number Card at the ski resort?
No. Identity verification takes place only at purchase.
Do I enter my My Number (the 12-digit number)?
No. The ski resort never learns your My Number.
How do I collect the lift ticket I bought?
Hold the QR code you receive after purchase over one of the ticket machines at the resort to collect your lift ticket. No need to queue at the counter.
I don’t have a My Number Card. Is there a ticket I can buy?
Yes. The early-bird 2-day ticket (¥16,600) can be purchased without a My Number Card or the xID app.
When can I use it? Do I choose a date when buying?
No date is specified. You can use it on any operating day from Tue, Dec 1, 2026 to Wed, May 5, 2027. Days do not need to be consecutive, so tickets of 2 days or more can be used on separate days. The best value is within the recommended period, Sat, Dec 19, 2026 – Mon, Mar 22, 2027.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Remaining days cannot be refunded after first use, for any reason. Gondolas and lifts may not operate on your preferred day due to bad weather, and no refunds are given in that case, so please check the weather and conditions before purchasing.
Are there child or senior prices?
Early-bird lift tickets are for ages 18 and over. There are no child or senior tickets.
Can I use the six new areas with an early-bird lift ticket?
Sakka Trees Adventure, Panorama Flow, Skyline Trees and Sodeguro Trees can be used with a lift ticket only. Usagidaira Bunny Area and Nakiyama Snow Land are charged separately.
