八方尾根スキー場では、すべてのお客様が快適に、そして安全にリフト・ゴンドラをご利用いただけるよう、

スキー板・スノーボードのみを置いた「順番取り行為」を禁止させていただきます。

円滑な運営のため、以下の点にご協力をお願い申し上げます。

• 板のみでの順番待ちは無効です スキー板やスノーボードを放置したままの場所取りは、除雪作業やオープン準備の妨げとなるだけでなく、他のお客様とのトラブルの原因にも繋がります。

お並びの際は、すべてご準備の上、必ずご本人様が滑走用具を携行した状態でお待ちください。

• チケットはお手元にご準備ください 　板を置いたままリフトチケットを購入することはおやめください。リフト券（チケット）必ずお買い求めの上、列にお並びください。
• グループでお並びの際のルール グループでご利用の場合は、全員がお揃いになってから列へお並びください。後からの割り込み行為はご遠慮ください

【ご注意】 放置されている滑走用具につきましては、係員により移動させていただく場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

ルールを守っていただけない場合、お客様同士のトラブルに発展する恐れもございます。皆さまが気持ちよく滑走を楽しめるよう、ご理解とご協力をお願い申し上げます。

[IMPORTANT] Prohibiting “Line-Standing” with Equipment Only

We sincerely appreciate your continued patronage of Hakuba Happo-one Snow Resort.

At Hakuba Happo-one Snow Resort, to ensure all guests have a comfortable and safe experience, leaving skis or snowboards alone to hold a spot in line is strictly prohibited. For smooth operations, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following rules:

1. “Equipment-Only” Line-Standing is Invalid

Leaving your skis or snowboards unattended to save a spot obstructs snow removal and opening preparations. It also leads to disputes with other guests. When queuing, please ensure you have all your gear ready and remain in line with your equipment.

2. Purchase Lift Tickets Before Queuing

Please do not leave your equipment in line while you go to buy a lift ticket. You must have your lift ticket in hand before joining the queue.

3. Rules for Groups

If you are in a group, please wait until everyone is present before joining the line. Cutting in line to join someone who is already waiting is not permitted.

[PLEASE NOTE] Any equipment left unattended may be moved by staff without prior notice. Failure to follow these rules can lead to conflicts between guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making sure everyone has an enjoyable day on the slopes.
