About IC Lift Tickets
- Lift tickets at Hakuba Happo-one Ski Resort are IC card-type tickets. The gate will open automatically when the card comes close to the sensor.
- The gate sensor is located on the left side as you pass through. Please place your IC lift ticket alone in your left pocket.
- There is no need to show your IC ticket to staff when passing through the gate.
- If you keep other IC cards, mobile phones, or metal objects in the same pocket, the sensor may not be able to read the ticket properly.
- If you are carrying multiple valid IC tickets, the sensor may read all of them, so please be careful.

Hold the QR code over the automatic ticket machine and your lift ticket will be automatically issued on the day wish to you ski/ride.
For customers who plan to use lift tickets repeatedly
Hakuba Happo-one Ski Resort uses soft-type lift tickets. If you store them carefully without bending, you can recharge them for your next visit. However, if you plan to use them repeatedly, we recommend the more durable hard-type tickets. These are available for purchase at any ticket counter.

- Window sales will begin 15 minutes before the start of lift operations (cash and credit card payments are accepted).

- Your purchased lift ticket can be used at any time during the valid period. It will be activated upon your first pass through the gate.
- No cancellations, changes, or refunds are possible after purchase. Please consider the weather on the day of your visit before you buy.
- You cannot recharge a lift ticket for a different ski resort.
- When recharging a ticket, please use one that has no existing data, as the new data will overwrite any previous information.
