Happo-one Summer Season 2020 Announcement

To prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) and in accordance with the Japanese Government’s state of emergency declaration, we will take the following measures to ensure the health and safety of our guests, employees and community. The resort plans to operate with limited services as follows.

Happo Alpen Line

Monday 1st June ~ Sunday 25th October 2020

Kurobishi Line

Wednesday 1st July ~ Sunday 18th October 2020

Skyline

Thursday 23rd July ~ Sunday 18th October 2020

Kitaone Kogen Highland

Thursday 23rd July ~ Tuesday 3rd November 2020

Hakuba Happo Onsen Information
Happo-no-Yu and Mimizuku-no-Yu operations will resume from Monday 1st June 2020.
Business hours for both of these onsens are open from 12:00 ~ 20:00 (last reception 19:30)
* Business hours may change or we may temporarily close even after business has resumed.
* Sato-no-Yu, Obinata-no-Yu, Mimizuku Chaya, Happo Chaya and 100 Katsu Souvenir Shop will be closed for the time being.
* The onsen coupon ticket can be used until the end of July 2020.
* The onsen annual passport and onsen winter passport can be used until the end of July 2020.
* New applications for an onsen passport will be suspended for the time being.
* Regular business hours are stated in our pamphlet and on the Internet, please note that there are and can be several temporary and sudden changes.
* The half price Wednesday special campaign on the second Wednesday of every month has ended.

Be aware of the most important things that WE can do to stop the spread of COVID-19
When visiting our resort please cooperate with the following measures to keep safe.
■Disinfect your hands with the alcohol disinfection provided when entering or leaving each facility.
■Please wear a mask. * Staff also wear masks and gloves to prevent infection.

Happo Alpen Line Operation
■The gondola will board a limited number of passengers for safe ventilation. Disinfection of the cabin is maintained by staff.
A maximum of 3 passengers are permitted to ride the Gondola at any one time. Each Gondola cabin is equipped with alcohol disinfection.
■We will open the windows and doors of the restaurant facility and sterilize all furniture, benches and machine dispensers. Each cash register is equipped with measures to prevent splash infection.
■The sauna and Jacuzzi will open from June 20. As a measure to prevent coronavirus infection, we will offer two sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, in order to prevent coronavirus infection. Please contact us on ☎0261-72-3280 for the latest information.

Kurobishi Line Operation
■Before boarding the lift, please fill in a consent form at Kurobishi #3 pair lift ticket window.
■Disinfect your hands with the alcohol disinfection provided at the entrance to the lift.
■Please wear a mask. * Staff also wear masks to prevent infection.

Kitaone Kogen Highland ・Shuttle Bus Operation
■Before boarding the lift, please fill in a consent form at Sakka Kitaone quad lift ticket window.
■Disinfect your hands with the alcohol disinfection provided at the entrance to the lift.
■Please wear a mask. * Staff also wear masks to prevent infection.
■When boarding the shuttle bus from Happo Information Center – Snow Peak Hakuba Land Station – Kitaone Kogen and also if travelling further from Kitaone Kogen Highland to Kurobishi Plateau, please sit in the designated seats only and respect social distancing.

Please note that our operations may change or close without notice due to emergency situations, risk and safety management and adverse weather conditions. Any planned changes to our operations will be announced via our official home page and social media.
